B- Unzip the file into your "mods > x64 > dlcpacks" folder
C- Add it to your dlclist then your done!

@LouieDevs This mod is great. The interior additions were a nice touch too. The stair collisions are a bit rough and there looks to maybe be a prop missing here https://i.imgur.com/VyVdpGT.jpeg.
