Hello. I appreciate your hard work on this mod set. My i suggest that to reduce the fps lag to set up the mod so that you only have one of each type of business (premium locations) or set it up like the single player apartment mod. In that you do not own all locations from go. That they are available for purchase. That way not all the locations are producing products and is what i think is causing the fps lag.
