@Reviving yes i also had this problem after i searched the nve dlc folders found the issue the folder called nve_patches inside the folder u will see the same file name files as x64v inside the folder u see models and then a rpf called nve_playerpatch.rpf inside u find three folders same as the x64v streampeds.rpf player_one player_two and player_zero delete that 3 folders and you are good to go and your hair will be same as in the picture
