so i figured out the yellow circles but all of them looks the same and when i select one of them (woman) they get a terrible mans face, really ugly face lol looking more at data.ini i figured out the stats by testing so the full bar is = to 100 level/relationship. the low texture normalized till now but the rest keeps happening and now sometimes the ped just dont want to follow me or get in the car so i reload and all good but soon will happen again, what makes me think that if i try an event and that happens ill get mad lmao any tips or something im missing in the configs so at least the path finder can work fine and the ped stop teleporting or getting inside my character? all the path finder settings are set to default, i didnt change them. but thanks for the mod anyway, the idea is great and i cant wait to try some of the heists but is being hard to level up with the problems im having =/
so i installed everything step by step, searched on all the videos that can be found and for me the mod is broken. every video that i watched people had trouble with the mod like the one where the companion just dont get into cars. but when they open the map, they can see peds represented by numbers inside yellow circles, the bar event for example has a specific symbol on the map, the rent a bike event works fine for them but for me all went wrong. my map only have blue hearts symbols, i never saw yellow circles with numbers, i had to go to a random ped with the select new companion menu open and press T to select it. everytime i try to change an outfit or create one, or even when i select a ped it automatically, right away, changes its skin ( hair, face, clothes, even the skin color changes) so make no sense for me to look for an specific ped since it will randomly change skin when i select it. when i selected it and them its following me, it keeps getting inside my character, breaking the game and making impossible to use ANY key other than ESC. when i try to run the ped keeps spawning in my head every 5 seconds, same happens with the rent a bike event, where u cant go more than 5 meters away or the ped keep spawning in my head without the bike so i have to go back and let it get the bike so it can spawn in my head again after 5 meters. a lot of keys like U to go back on the menu dont work at all or have 2 functions like X that grab the companion and at the same time open a menu. everytime i end the "date" the ped gets invisible, try to get in a taxi but then it gets out and returns to me, but now its invisible (sometimes it comes back to visible). than we have other problems like every installation tutorial dont tell you what to do with the extra files in the mod zip (example: PlayerCompanion.pdb), im having some low texture loaded after i press insert (perfect example apt 40, eclipse. the whole building and surroundings get low texture, all blurred). i coudnt find a way to check companion stats we just have that bar that tells almost nothing since every event in the game is represented by a level/number. i tried to change the configs like those that control the path and etc but just made it worse or nothing changed. am i the only one? if so what i can do? should i try other version other than 5.4? will the other versions have the apt features? i already had the lemonui and scripthooks installed cuz im using only the change character car script mod, i did check the data.ini and all good.
