So, bcso3 were fixed by way of deleting

In truth, I can't get why, but I've lost police heli and bcso3 in my chasing. I don't know exactly about heli, but bcso3 hasn't driver and no one can scare a ghost
@Carrythxd I found. There were few mistakes
1. Game doesn't like type of comments like <!-- in popcycle
2. mp_g_m_pros_01 and s_m_m_exmil_01 were written in popgroups, but I couldn't find these guys in mod's files.
So, after fixing that, the game stopped crashing.

Some bcso3 haven't drivers and behave like civilian vehicles while chasing... dispatch.meta S_M_Y_Swat_02 Not exist
@Carrythxd interesting fact: patch for just IVPack is working great. So, problems are connected with one of popcycle, popgroups or vehiclemodelsets files
@Carrythxd, was tested. All works correctly before installing the compatibility patch. After it, "A new guard page for the stack cannot be created" if Script Hook V.NET is installed, "gta v has stopped working" if it isn't.
Hi! I had installed DispatchWorks, IVPack and Vanillaworks at the same time, but right after compatibility patch I had crash "A new guard page for the stack cannot be created" in some places on the map (as I tested, any patch file cuz crash).
Some mods, that also installed now:
NaturalVision, VisualV, BVP and LA Roads, F7YO's gameconfig (crash on loading without this)+ Script Hook V.NET without scripts.
P.s. there is "gta v has stopped working" without .NET
