I cant get it to work i press f6 it dont work and i have pressed t and still nothing im fully updated all my other mods work just not this one any solutions

it worked great till i downloaded and installed vehicles now all i can do is drive around in the building it doesnt show on the map anymore and wont let me upgrade the any cars
