Drop the .XML file to the GTA V main folder, and open the Map Editor (In Game) Press Load, and choose the "Select file" on the menu and Click "New Small Camp.XML"

very nice map, must have took you hours of work to make this, it's very detailed and realistic.
Looks promising and realistic. I am gonna give it 4.5 Star and definitely installing.
