This small modification fixes the streaming ymap file of Record A Studios and the ydr 3D model of it, as well removing some lease/rent signs that were left by Rockstar as they forgot to remove in SP(Online is not the case). The building was edited by me also to remove those pesky cones and stairs inside(Mors Mutual HQ is edited as well, since they are all connected, wow!)
Anyway, the SP manifest doesn't support changes in map when comes to change sp maps to mp maps, so this is a workaround that avoids it, as well removing roof air vents that were in the rooftop(that is now a bar-pool on it).
I hope you enjoy this fix, more similar fixes may come in the future!
