Adds a medium size car meet on the warehouse parking lot on Grove Street.
Includes:
DJ with table with PC and speakers (and DJ)
Party people (on phones, drinking, talking, smoking, etc.)
"Hosts" in corner with van
Coquette with rich people
Local "racer" with his Sultan being photographed
More cars/peds will be added later. Maybe even a car meet (pack) map!
