This mod spawns illegal activities in gta v shops around the world.
(Drugs, weapons...)

-Installation
1. Drag and drop the "illegal shops.xml" file into your gta v folder.
-How to load
1. Start Map Editor.
2. Click on "LoadMap".
3. Go to "FileChooser" and then click on my file.
