@solidsteakeater nevermind so install this https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
1. Need win.rar
2. unzip the files in the map edtior win.rarfolder
3. Go to your GTA5 directory and create a folder named SCRIPTS
4. put the map editor files think 3-4 files into the scripts folder
5. put my map into the whole directory
6. start the game press f7 and search for example map123 and then it loads
7. enjoy it hope it helps
