@GamerBoro Apparently it isn't possible, and you wouldn't really want the water anyways, because it would glitch out, and everywhere under the "pool", or under the water, would be underwater, so you'd be driving up the tower, and your car would die... because you'd drive through and invisible wall of water...
I've installed it I am also using Natural vision Evolved so I feel like that is a compatibility issue mostly with the parallax interiors I'm assuming. My issue is I have just the water floating in the air everything else is basically vanilla. Flew a hydra through it the water peeled off my wings and sent me hurling to my immediate death. So the pool works at least.
Lol I was doing a mission with Devin Weston about chasing a suspect with a helicopter and I could only steer the heli with a camera and I instantly crashed into the tower and failed the mission.
This mod might be one of the best map mods that it should be put on the top list of the website

@kevinkivi same as my problem, pls someone help. it says " err mem embedded alloc guard 1". i've tried to put heapadjutster, packagefile, and newest gameconfig, but still not working... plsss someone help..

absolutly loved it!! First, it's an add-on, not a map, which reduces huge chance of having a installation bug; second of all, it's the kind of building that I loved for years, have been wishing to see in games or real life, and this does the work fine. Please do something more like this <3
Several traffic lights dont work even several streets away the building. Very weird. Please fix this great building.
