This is a mechanical workshop on the coast, has parking for their cars and a small dock for their boats, plus a small workshop, this is a Map Editor.
Install:
To install this file you must first need map editor
Then once you have that drag and drop the .xml file into your gta5 directory
Then in the game press F7 and look for the file name
