---Installation---
Open the "Military base beta" winrar file, then drag and drop the "Base beta.xml" into you gta 5 directory, open gta 5 and press f7 to open the map editor, then press load map-Xml Then type in Base beta. And your are done

i have to say i like map mods but this one doesn't really fit in to the map for me. maybe try making something out to sea so like a off shore base.
