Hello, today I have for you an improved terrace on the roof of Record A studio.
If you want everything to work properly, I recommend using https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav or another interior/exterior loader from GTA Online.
Instalation:
1. Go to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpsecurity\dlc1.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\mpsecurity_additions\mpsecurity_additions.rpf\
2. Drop there files from mpsecurity_additions.rpf
3. Go to: mpsecurity_additions_metadata.rpf
4. Drop there files from mpsecurity_additions_metadata.rpf
