install the requirements first and download the file after downloading the map open the file and
paste the file inside your gta game directory or maps folder, If you don't have maps folder create one.

press F7 in your keyboard Load MAP>File Chooser>maps>SandyShores dealership.xml

don't use this mod online you might get banned.
