To everyone who downloaded this SORRY! I didn't realize I uploaded the wrong file that had the stupid smoking kills logo on the front. My bad:)
To install: GTA V>MODS>X64C.rpf>LEVELS>GTA5>PROPS>LEV_DES>P_V_LEV_DES_SKIN.rpf>
Replace P_CIGAR_PACK_02_S and P_CIGAR_PACK_02_S+HIDR with the files I've included.
EDIT: Added the correct files.
To install: GTA V>MODS>X64C.rpf>LEVELS>GTA5>PROPS>LEV_DES>P_V_LEV_DES_SKIN.rpf>
Replace P_CIGAR_PACK_02_S and P_CIGAR_PACK_02_S+HIDR with the files I've included.
EDIT: Added the correct files.

can somebody make a mod where you can actually buy houses and other places in story mode without problems cause ive heard and seen videos where you can buy houses in story mode that are online without actually having to be online
