@iCursedZero Yeah, Photoshop. Gimp is a free program like it. I think there are tutorials. I don't know if you can afford Photoshop. That's why I didn't formally make a suggestion, but wondered if anyone would do it, be it you or someone else.
Most pictures are low quality and they look bad. Need to get more detailed pictures with more pixels.
@Neutralization dude its hard to get more than 2048 pixels
New update will come soon i'll working o it
@iCursedZero Use photoshop lol but the original loading screens aren't ingame images with a filter they are real artwork that someone made.
@420x420 yeah i know lol its hard to make like the real art
@420x420 Yeah, but photoshop is just as good https://www.reddit.com/r/GrandTheftAutoV/comments/33exsf/i_put_my_online_character_in_the_the_gta_art_style/ @iCursedZero awesome! Could use some work, though. 4 stars because there's always room for improvement. I'm just happy to see someone even try. That's amazing dude. Thank you!
@Think_Tank Eh environment looks pretty good but the characters look cellshaded
@420x420 Good point. You know, i think it would be cool if someone made a cell-shading mod. I don't know if that's possible through ENB or through editing game files, but I'd love it.
@Think_Tank I agree it would be pretty unique but would probably be pretty intensive on the gpu or cpu since it would have to shade alllll the objects on screen
@420x420 You know what wouldn't be so intensive? Doing it the way Borderlands did it.
"The new technique uses hand-drawn textures," explains Gearbox, "scanned in and colored in Photoshop, combined with software that draws graphic novel-style outlines around characters and objects, sharpens shadows to look more like something an artist might create, and even draws lines on hills and inclines."
So a texture replacement of the entire game. That would take years to make, but it would run nicely.
"Finally the character models were all revamped with more exaggerated proportions, creating the appearance of a detailed comic book in motion."
Even without that last part, the project would never happen, but I like the sound of it.
@Think_Tank I want to see this... that would be so damn cool in gta 5 imagine that on ultra settings with hand drawn foliage and skydome and all that sht it would look sooooo cool someone needs to do this
@420x420 Well, the Realism team spent 8 hours a day researching LA footage to make the game look as realistic as possible, and then replaced every texture in the game and redid the tone-mapping and the lighting without using enb, so some other team with an equal amount of time and dedication and unemployed guys could do it. You could be part of it, you think that would be cool. If you're interested, there's a texture toolkit mod on the Tools section of this site. Even if you don't do anything with it, see if you can others interested. I'll try that myself after my first semester of college is over.
@Think_Tank Eh probably wouldn't be much use i just throw textures together and work on em as i go takes sometime don't think i could being sitting there researching LA and trying to make hand drawn textures lol
@420x420 I didn't say the Cel-Shade Team needs to research LA, but I also didn't say just do it yourself. I think it's too much for one man.
@Think_Tank ummm sorry what do you mean?
Any suggestion for awsome loading startup?
Used Vector Magic bruv thats cheap
Hey how do you get the game to load without the big rectangle with the GTA Online or Rockstar ads? Mine always loads with those boxes, so I never get to see these loading screens? Any idea? The images look cool though.
@fadelessevo i even got no idea, but i know some loading screen only load on story mode
