If the quality seems really bad, use a different blood texture mod.
I have initially toned down this mod since it was a bit insane when I first created it but if anybody thinks that it should be toned down even more then I will do so.
I have created this since it has been one of my favourite mods to use and it is very fun!

INSTALLATION
- You will need OpenIV
- details.dat - replace with the same file in OpenIV > GTA V > update > update.rpf > common > data > effects

Maybe it's not what I'm looking for, but it's cool anyway, good job man! :3 My little advice: Import a better resolution blood textures, it looks kinda ugly to compare with original game textures C:

I think this is great! .. I have been using it now for about a week and I love it! .. I shot a guy with a shotgun and his blood sprayed against the side of a building and covered the whole wall! .. It was the best!
