Guys, I'm back with my second mod!!!!!!!!!!
This mod is about a Serbian flag!
You can see it in police stations and FIB building (and on Vespucci and Del Perro Beach)
How to download this mod :
Open OpenIV
mods-update-x64-dlcpacks (in dlcpacks drop the folder serbianflag)
How to activate :
mods-update-update.rpf- common - data.
Then open a dlclist.xml and write this : dlcpacks:/serbianflag/
