This is the ultimate gta v ultra setting. With MSAA x8,Nvidia TXAA off (beacuse i am for rx 480 8gb),Vsync off. I recommended to use GTX 1060.

Its nothing wrong my friend i only say its simple settings file which everyone can make it by self. I respect all new modders and welcome to the club my friend ;)
i am surprised how different a gtx 1050 is to a 1060, if using on 1050 with 8 gb of ram, its 40 fps. just a warning for 1050 users.
