Looking at the video, there's no difference. Civilians still go down in a few punch.

@Kaminaze I'm going to make a comparison soon mate. Try combining this with the mod in the description.

Its a cool mod but, i kinda dont like that if you shoot them in the chestarea its like u shoot a wall, no blood just dust, bc of the armor and its kinda very unrealistic that they survive a Pistol Headshot :V

Oh and it makes the Peds more unrealistic then relistic, and makes Stealth missions unplayable
