Made for FiveM however can be used in single player just replace with these files.
Comes with all the LOD files.
textures will not disappear at range
how to install single player
(I believe all go here note willl need open iv or will not be able to install)
c:\steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\x64t.rpf\levels\gta5\_hills\country_04
FiveM place into server files then add "ensure liquor_land_sign" to server.cfg.
