@Trvor Me as you I wouldn't say that............. Anyways, lets go straight to my family friendly feedback.

1) You should brighten the chick.
2) With photoshop do Ctrol + U and give it a little saturation to the right side of the slider.
3) You should apply some borders filter to give it a GTA artwork style to make it fit.
4) Also you could change the clothing on her to something more tropical to give that fit in the background.

Is not a bad idea for me... Work on those aspects first I'd say... Then give it an update, it will look much better.

Y'know it wouldn't hurt to add an installation guide or a little about the mod. Even a description would be. nice. Otherwise, you're just wasting server space and bandwidth and no one wants that now.

Good intentions, but I'm not sure it'll work for the (presumed) intended purpose, just the way the character looks. It's definitely better than the original, but it's on quite a thin line. It is also pretty aesthetically unpleasing.
I'm not a modder, so I don't know proper etiquette, for example, whether or not it's normal to put something like this in an .oiv file, but the installation seems like a hassle for what we get.
Again, don't take that last point too seriously, especially if I'm wrong, but... yeah.
