Is simple configuration to make colors of GTA V betters.
Only extract the 7z archive, copy and paste the pepparojo.ini into the Grand Theft Auto V folder:
Social Club:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V
Steam:
Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V

just put in directory and activated or need manual activate?
@dttrg first you need reshade installed then in the game press shift+F2 and chose the ini file
