RAGEuphoria by bravercoolio and jedijosh920 uses NaturalMotion's proprietary Euphoria physics engine and Rockstar Game's proprietary RAGE engine to their best potential for Grand Theft Auto V.
Tons of research and testing was done using a combination of Euphoria files from Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne 3, and Grand Theft Auto IV.
No longer will you see pedestrians instantly plop down on the floor when you shoot at them, RAGEuphoria uses advanced research and configuration to make them balance with grace and style.
You can finally feel the impact of your bullets and enjoy Euphoria the way it was meant to be played.
Some other notable features are the self-preservation AI aspects such as pedestrians grabbing onto things when falling down to reduce their fall damage.
RAGEuphoria is essentially a specially mixed recipe of the best Euphoria aspects from each of Rockstar's games.

the RDR mod while good back in the day is, not the best now since it's just bodywrithe effects applied over the already existing naturalmotion mod from 2016, also 1.5.1 will be decreasing the times peds grab your car when driving fast and im fixing falling so you guys can stop downgrading to version 0.0.0.1

I dislike the fact that NPCs twitch like they got stun gunned when I get headshots. Also when I wish NPCs also would not stand up after I hit them in the head with high power guns like the Heavy Sniper.

@netzki07 Sounds like a conflicting mod problem, I'd just do a fresh install so that it clears any conflicts and try installing this mod first to see if that's the issue or another mod.

1.5 is now up! A few features include RDR2 like reactions, like firewalking, explosions that involve peds that don't react like bags, revolvers and shotguns are no longer straight staggerfall and more balancing fun. Other features you'll have to check out for yourself. Also, the higher fire rate is no longer involved so yay.
