I've changed to Ghost Rider voice clips from JulioNIB's mod to Richard Grieco's Ghost Rider from Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. I've also changed the chain, whistle and shotgun sounds. Goes great with Quechus13's Danny Ketch Ghost Rider model.
This requires JulioNIB's Ghost Rider Mod.
UPDATE (1.1): Fixed "You" voice clip bugging out, because it was previously under a second long.
Installation:
Put the "Ghost Rider files" folder in your /scripts, and overwrite.

@BonBonTheDoge Sure thing man. I tried using several different clips including "vengeance", but the intonation didn't work out well in testing. I think I found a pretty good middleground, though!

A hotfix is pending right now that fixes the Penance stare clip cutting out. I'll also post this here:
To get Quechus13's Ghost Rider working as an addon ped:
1. Extract the OIV
2. Rename the 4 model files to anything else (ghostrider)
3. Install as an addon ped.
4. Select model in-game FIRST, then "Toggle Powers (Keep Player Character)
5. You can get this working as the official transformation if you change the model name in the ini or mod to the addon ped's model name. Make sure to toggle it on and off in the mod first, to prevent any bugs or crashes!
