Put in:
GTAV:\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\materials\
MAKE A BACKUP!
Bugs/Issues:
- Makes car dirty
To Do:
- Make a rain version
- Disable cars from getting dirty

@CrazyMaisy3 → I hope you did not "stole" AltSierra117's Snow Particle mod which contains the same file you uploaded called "materials.dat" because every single line in the file you have it here to download have the exactly same lines that AltSierra117 did changed for his mod.

@CrazyMaisy3 → What does that even mean ? It's a mod that I'm talking about, and for you to know I do own an original copy of GTA V. Learn to do your own mods instead of uploading other's work. ; )
@MrReese You are retarded. The materials.dat is one created by Rockstar, then later published by @CrazyMaisy3 so you can use it even after christmas. It is not created by AltSierra117 or CrazyMaisy3. Neither one of them owns it.
