How do you make these? What converter did you use and what format is the audio file?

I didn't use any converter cause my converter has an error so i download the sound on some website i found i forgot the name and the file of the audio is WAV

Hey having issues.
Did same thing to make it another wasted sound.. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/knocked-out-wasted-sound
Now wasted caption or screen dont show up when I die.
Tried with yours to see if replacing it again or using back up original to fix but still nothing.
Any suggestions??
