A continuation of my "Catcalling" mod, this mod basically allows you to both talk and respond to NPCs.
Some examples being: Responding to NPCs either greeting you or talking about something, with you able to respond or the other way around.
Responding to homeless NPCs when asked for change, with a simple no.
And insulting dead NPCs after taking them down.
And my catcalling mod is also included with this!
I kind of brought back a unused line NPCs never say called "FIGHT_RUN"
That line will play when pulling out a gun on a NPC backing away from you.
I plan on furthering this by adding more interactions, like complimenting someone's car, saying random lines when in combat, etc. But I wouldn't hold my breath on that.
Pretty neat stuff which was only for the 3 main characters and now it's available for every NPC!
Heck, even random NPC's will say these lines too.
Of course, this is meant for NPC voices, so for the 3 main characters, it won't work as intended.
What makes this mod special in my opinion, is that it's not made via script!
This was accomplished by editing the "ambientaudio.meta" and "agitatedresponses.meta" in the game files. So no need for a menu!
INSTALLATION:
Place these files in "mods/common.rpf/data/ai"
And that's it, just load in and enjoy!

@-EcLiPsE- Sorry for this duplicate of my comment, but for me this is important you to know it... Hey man, i realy like this mod, but listen what i deeds, so, i just open this ambientaudio.meta file, where you delete the PLAYER_0 lines, and some the PLAYER_1 lines, i just came back all of these lines, and with these returned lines i'm add two other lines, these lines names CIVFEMALE and CIVMALE. So now all the NPC's and all the PLAYERS can talks. I think, you need update your mod and add this correcting. Thank you again😊

@-EcLiPsE- Thats okay, and also I want to ask you a question about adding new lines to allow story characters to talk, and characters from GTA Online, so I looked at the names of the audio files of the character U_F_Y_Beth, and added the names of some of these lines to the ambientaudio.meta file, but Beth for some reason does not pronounce these lines, for example these lines:
GENERIC_INSULT_HIGH_FEMALE
GENERIC_INSULT_HIGH_MALE
GENERIC_INSULT_HIGH_NEUTRAL
These lines, that i'm adds in the file under the <Item key="Insult"> the character U_F_Y_Beth haves these lines, but she still doesn't pronounces them... i can't understand why, can you help me with this? Huge thanks👍

@-EcLiPsE- Thank you, it means a lot for me😊 I will also try to experimenting with that, but for clearly understanding of all that, i need to know, what is the agitatedresponses.meta file, and if i be try to edit it, what things i need to know?
so thankful for this mod, I get bored of being a criminal sometimes so I use menyoo and walk around rockford hills as a ped, and I noticed that they always holler across the street to each other and would even do it to me, but I couldn’t respond and felt bad, so with this I can now thank you so much
@-EcLiPsE- how did you make the a_f_y_vinewood_02 female ped fight back in the video. Since the female peds cannot fight back and some male peds can’t as well. But I love it tho
@SelfRayRayBusiness In the peds.ymt, she uses the "YoungAverageToughWoman" personality set, what I did was edit the "pedpersonality.ymt" file and basically edited that so any NPCs that use that personality fight back when provoked.

@SelfRayRayBusiness I've spent a large amount of time in the game as well it's director mode exploring it's various systems, and about the peds fighting back thing, no, a decent amount of female peds in this game actually engage in combat, sometimes using knives and pistols, but they're mostly female street hustlers like ballas and vagos gangsters and lost mc bikers, and some old women in the countryside. Some male peds who seemingly don't fight back can be immediately triggered if you run them over with a vehicles or bump into them, taunt a female ped Or a group of peds they were hanging out with, etc.
@-EcLiPsE- And btw sir can you provide the path for the pedpersonality.ymt file in openiv? I sometimes mod to have some fun in singleplayer but some have reported the peds.ymt and pedpersonality.ymt file as not available in openiv for sp. Any help will be greatly appreciated and thank you for reading.

@Jaaybopsmedia Online characters work if you edit the "ped.ymt" under update.rpf ---> x64--->data---->add any voiceclip to the Mp_f_freemode_01 or Mp_m_freemode_01
