1. Download dulu original filenya di 2018 Mercedes Citaro Bizkaibus and Bilbobus . Ikuti petunjuk install yang ada dalam file tersebut.
2. Untuk mengganti skin buka folder vehicles(kendaraan) menggunakan OpenIV dengan edit mode ke lokasi: mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
3. Replace/Overwrite bus.ytd dan bus+hi.ytd
4. Dalam permainan munculkan unit atau ganti skin menggunakan trainer.

4. In game spawn unit or change liveries/skin with trainer.
