Open the trailerswb2.ytd and replace "trailers2_sign_X" files.
Use it as addon, as b4good made.

You can rename the trailerswb2 files to "trailers2" and "trailers3" and replace them ingame.
Thats what i´m using and what the screenshots are made of.
If you use replace method, be sure to replace in patchday21ng, since its the latest patch.
