This, is N7565A.
I actually didn't even know American Airlines had an all cargo airline before tbh.
BUT
you need to install this first so you can use this
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/boeing-707-300-add-on
To install go over to your mods folder in OpenIV
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/b707
onece inside the 707 folder,
dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/b707vehicles.rpf
and click on the ytd file to import the livery here in
