Nothing fancy, just SkylineGTRFreak's Blue Thunder as a NOOSE Helicopter (With and Without an ID Number), and the United States Police Force "Escape From New York".

Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bluethunder\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\eaglevehicles.rpf\thunderb.ytd
If you wish to retain the original livery, while in OpenIV, extract the file thunderb.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origthunderb.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with one of the included liveries, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag the desired .ytd file from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bluethunder\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\eaglevehicles.rpf\
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the thunderb.yft or thunderb_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn thunderb with the trainer of your choice.
I've included the .dds file where you can change the display screens in the back seat, if you're so inclined.
Enjoy,
Gillman

Man, you work fast!
@oldtimergamer6351 I was already playing around with the "Escape from New York" version and the vehicles in the Stock Template and NOOSE packs to try to re-create "Escape from New York" In GTAV, so it wasn't a big deal to slap NOOSE on top of what I already had. @SkylineGTRFreak's stuff is usually easy to work with and it was a single color.
