I have just edited the jesters Livery to be more like a race car.

Step one:
Open Program called OpenIV
Step two:
Go to
Update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/
vehicles/xmas2cehicles.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/
xmas2cehicles
Step four:
replace the jester.ytd file with the one in the rar file
Jester Racing Car/Texture
step five:
Spawn in the jester in game with the livery
