Nice one! :) Can you do a Mark 1 Vectra model please?? I like that car!
This retexture is quite bad, you really need to put more time into it. You can't just push out content with out quality control. The font is very off, no roof code markings the back is distorted, low res in general. Finally, you need to change the lightbar texture. I've managed to do my own version of it, put more time and effort and you will be able to do it too.
Could do with the right lightbar, but apart from that 4* for a good job and effort
