The following is a single texture representing N35WN, one of the Department of State Air WIng's HH-60L helicopters for SkylineGTRFreak's MH-60S Knighthawk.
INSTALLATION
1. Upon deciding which liveries you would like to use on a model, navigate to your mh60s.ytd:
GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > [dlc containing your MH-60S] > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta 5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf
2. Replace the "Seahawk" texture in the appropriate .YTD with the included Seahawk texture.
