The car model was made by the people who made "Most Wanted 2012 - Los Santos City PD Pack" (look under credits). The vehicle is from the aforementioned mod.
This mod does not include the vehicle model.
This mod adds a Metropolis PD (DCEU) inspired livery for the "Most Wanted 2012 - Los Santos City PD Pack: Bravado Buffalo S/C". It's not identical to the livery used in the movies.
The textures are 4096X4096.

Uh... I don't think it was a great idea. The design is absolutely not good.
Id think it would be better with "police" there not "los santos"
I will give you a 5 star and 2 suggestions for bringing both original and lorified version of a DCEU PD livery into GTAV
Suggestions: Maybe you can lorify the slogan "Obey and Survive" into "OBEDITE ET SUPERSTES", as in Latin. Then again I do not speak latin so the slogan is translated by google. And for all the liveries u should probably increase the size for the lower blue stripes to match the size in the real picture (Maybe I need to get a new glasses)
Although it isn't to my taste, you did a bloody good job making this one into lore. Well done man
