MAKE SURE TO COPY X64E.RPF TO YOUR MODS FOLDER (Right click in open iv with edit mode enabled and copy to mods folder
GRAND THEFT AUTO V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
IF YOU DONT HAVE A MODS FOLDER FOLLOW THIS PATH:
GRAND THEFT AUTO V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Once you are in vehicles.rpf drag and drop the 1 file included
Enjoy :)
