This is just 1 livery which is a recreation of the "News 6" Van used for the "Black Ops 6" advertising campaign for the Benefactor Jogger made by Tiddy ( specifically the .ytd livery version https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/benefactor-jogger-add-on-tuning-liveries-lods )
This will install like any other livery
Use OpenIV in edit mode > Open the jogger.ytd file, Import the .dds files from this download, and rename it to match
