For installation:
- Open "OpenIV" and turn it in Edit Mode
- Go to update x64 dlcpacks skyline dlc.rpf x64 vehicles.rpf
- Replace the file 'skyline.ytd' with that in the archive
- Close OpenIV and run the game.
