1. Open up Open IV and navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday13ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Place all of the files inside the model folder at the location provided above
3. Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
4. Open the vehiclesmeta.txt file inside the config folder, copy these lines and place them in your vehicles.meta
5. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default (don't use Open IV here)
6. Place the file from the els folder at the location provided above (don't use Open IV here)
Don't have a ELS folder? That might be because you don't have ELS

Don't know how to edit vehicles.meta?
