Here is the ridley township police dept skins. A red skin for a police car, this agency exists by the way. Why they made a red skin for their cars is beyond me. But hey enjoy!
Installation:
(GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5). Lets say for example that you want to replace this with police2. First search up police2 in top right corner. Now click police2.ytd. Look for charger_sign_1 and replace that. Now exit and save. The texture should now be in your game enjoy!

Ah, so the Red Army makes its way to GTA V. This is one of the numerous departments that are somewhat local to me; they go with the red cars and incredibly minimalist liveries so that they can spend all their money on lights. Those cars are Christmas trees on wheels. Pretty accurate livery though, nice work
