Urgent Cargus is a fast courier company in Romania. The company was bought by DHL in 2008, from the former owners, Augustin Plesea and Carmina Dumitrescu, for an estimated amount of 50 million Euros. In 2007, Cargus had a market share of 25 percent. Cargus was founded in 1991, being the first private courier company in Romania.
