Replace the existing uppr_diff_017_e_whi.ytd with this one.
To replace it open OpenIV and browse to the next folder:
Without mods Folder:
x64v.rpf>models>cdimages>streamedpeds_players.rpf>player_zero
With mods Folder:
mods>x64v.rpf>models>cdimages>streamedpeds_players.rpf>player_zero
