1. Use openIV and place the peds file at \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\
2. Run addon peds editor, click upper left peds>new ped then type the model name,set as male or female, and set it as is Streamed=false, last click rebuild.
3. Happy playing.

@llLyn Awesome upload! Thanks for sharing, the rig is perfect.
I made a kick ass texture mod for your model but theres no normal and specular map paths in the .ytd file. Any idea how I can get these normal and spec maps in without you having to reupload a version with dummy spec and normal maps?
