To use this open up Open iv
Then go to x64e/models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
And replace s_m_y_swat_01.ytd
For the helmet go to x64e/models/cdimages/pedprops.rpf
And replace s_m_y_swat_01_p.ytd
If anyone has something they would like me to make tell me and I will try my best to make it.
Then go to x64e/models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
And replace s_m_y_swat_01.ytd
For the helmet go to x64e/models/cdimages/pedprops.rpf
And replace s_m_y_swat_01_p.ytd

Would be better if the armour and knee pads were black. This is probably your first though. Also, the ski mask too should be black.
