To Install: open "OpenIV" go to /Grand Theft Auto V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpedprops.rpf/player_one_p and replace "p_head_diff_019_a" with the modified one.
Note: The texture got stretched a little but I figured I'd upload incase anyone had any interest. Leave feedback and rate if you like it. Enjoy.
