The eyeliner can change colors on fivem, on singleplayer it has a pink eyeshadow and white highlights.
When you change the colors on fivem look out for the slight higlights on the nose and on cupids bow!

To install on SP:

drag and drop the files to:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf\

To install on FiveM:
drag and drop the files to stream folder

The eyeliner was drawn by hand by me.
