This is a simple retexture that's compatible with Neutrinobeam's mod Skin Control.
In OpenIV go to: "GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_mp.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01" and replace: jbib_diff_000_i_uni.ytd
A backup file is included inside.
